SHIPPING INFORMATION

NON-CUSTOM ITEMS:

For non-custom items, orders go out within 1-2 business days. 

*Business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. You can add the route package protection at check out which will cover you in case of lost or stolen mail.
• Please double check that your address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to wrong address.
• Once order gets fulfilled you will receive a tracking number to the email address provided when placing order, so please make sure to use a valid email address.
• You can track your package here.

CUSTOM ITEMS:

For custom items the processing time is up to 5 weeks. Please keep in mind that custom items do take time to be made. You will get a tracking number as soon as your item is ready to be shipped.

Currently there is no 'RUSH my order' option. If that option becomes available it will be shown as an option at time of checkout. 

**Please note that if you choose Priority shipping on a custom item, the processing time will remain the same (Up to 5 weeks). Once your item is ready it will be shipped via priority mail.

Shipping Carrier/s:

We use USPS First Class to mail most of our products, but may use other carriers if shipping international.

USPS First Class usually takes 3-5 business days to get to you in the US depending on your location. For international orders it make take up to 15 business days.

If you need your item/s (ready to ship) sooner you can choose Priority mail at checkout.
