Unfortunately, at this time no returns or exchanges are accepted. Every item is double checked before shipping to insure that it is in excellent condition. Please keep that in mind when making your purchase.

However, if there are any issues with your order feel free to email customer service HERE. Make sure to include your order number as this will make it easier to assist you.

MAKE SURE YOU MEASURE YOUR WRIST, NECK & ANKLE PRIOR TO ORDERING. IF YOU'RE ORDERING A RING MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOUR RING SIZE.

If you receive a defective item, it is your responsibility to email us immediately when receiving your item/s and include pictures of the damaged item/s. You have 3 days after the delivery date to reach out to us via email at support@classybjewels.com. If you fail to notify us within that time frame an exchange won't be provided, NO EXCEPTIONS.

We strongly advice our customers to add the route package protection at checkout, this is your insurance. So, in case your package gets lost or stolen you can file claim and the route team will work with you to solve the issue the best way possible. If you remove that protection from your order keep in mind that there is no way you will be able to file a claim.
